I've spent over 20 years in traditional martial arts and Qigong, and the last decade testing those practices against what modern research actually shows about the breath and the nervous system.

Before you ask.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this too advanced for me?+
No. The 90-day roadmap starts from zero and tells you exactly what to practise each day. Many members arrive having never done a single structured breathing session. The courses explain the mechanism before the method, so you understand what you're doing and why.
How much time does the practice take?+
Ten to twenty minutes a day is enough to change your baseline. Most guided sessions in the library run between 5 and 25 minutes, so the practice fits around your life rather than competing with it.
What's the difference between the Library and the Academy?+
